| Margarine | 4 Cup | |||||||||||||
| Sugar, Granulated | 3/8 Tbsp | |||||||||||||

| Procedures: | ||||||||||||||
| 1. | Melt smartbalance in bowl. |

| 2. | Combine panko, coconut, salt, sugar. | |||||||||||||
| 3. | Dip each piece of fish
in smartbalance, then panko/coconut mixture, then place on baking sheets. |

| 4. | If there is
panko/coconut left over, top fish with it & drizzle with any leftover smartbalance. |

| 5. | Heat oven to 400 & bake fish until 145 degrees. | |||||||||||||
