Mango Salsa
A sweet and tangy salsa to go with fish or chicken (can be made with frozen mango).
Portion Size: 1/4 cup

  Ingredients 120
  Cilantro,fresh,chopped 2 Cup
  Salt 1 Tbsp
  Honey 1/2 Cup
  Mango 1 Gallon
  Bell Peppers 3 Quart
  Red Onion,finely Chopped 1 Quart
  Juice, Lime 2 Cup
       
Procedures:  
1. Finely dice peppers, cilantro, & onions, then mix with mango, lime juice, honey, salt, & pepper.
   
2. Refrigerate salsa until ready to serve.
3. Serve 1/4 cup per person.
