Our George C. Lytal Scholarship Program<\/strong> was created in 1996 to foster professional growth within our community. Since then hundreds of our employees have received financial assistance towards their educational goals. <\/p>\n

Our current program allows for a max of $3,000 per year for up to 3 years of assistance for accepted applicants. If you\u2019d like to review the entire policy please login to the Intranet<\/strong><\/a> first, then click here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

You are eligible to participate in this program if you meet the following requirements:<\/strong>\n\t

    \n\t
  1. Must work 20 hours per week<\/li>\n\t
  2. Must successfully complete introductory period<\/li>\n\t
  3. You are not currently being counseled (formal discipline) on job performance in the last 12 months<\/li>\n\t
  4. Your program is accredited<\/li>\n\t
  5. Board exams and preparatory courses (one time only)<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n<\/p>\n\n

    \nHere is how you apply: <\/strong>

    1. Fill out our application form<\/strong><\/a> <\/li>\n
    2. Secure a recommendation from your Direct Supervisor and Administrator<\/li>\n
    3. Complete course specific forms and estimated expenses<\/li>\n
    4. Be sure to follow all instructions and once completed, submit to Scholarship Task Force at scholarship@cbhi.net<\/strong><\/a>\t \n <\/ol>\n<\/p>\n\n\n
