Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team
Formerly known as the Healing Forum, the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team (EDIT) was created to support our diverse Crestwood community of employees and people we serve with a culture where all people feel they belong. Belonging starts with Crestwood values – Family, Compassion, Enthusiasm, Character, Flexibility and Commitment and integrates our Recovery Pillars of Hope, Meaningful Roles, Spirituality and Empowerment, so as to better empower individuals to ensure every life is meaningful and provide hope for a better tomorrow. With a goal of organizational inclusion, we will be focusing on embracing people for who they are; meeting the diverse needs of the people we serve, their families and the workforce; monitoring and adapting social changes and practices that promote a sense of belonging; and advocating for inclusion of marginalized individuals and groups. Employees can be confident with knowing Crestwood is committed to increasing organizational belonging, equity and inclusion. Our Inclusion plan will serve as a Diversity/Cultural Responsiveness Plan.

Current EDIT projects for 2023 include:

1. 1Collaborating with the Learning & Performance Team to foster inclusivity within campus in-services
2. Incorporate Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in new and existing campus NEOs
3. Finalizing Crestwood’s Diversity Plan-Organizational Inclusion, which will have 3 active goals that will be monitored by our Performance Improvement outcomes.
